    Agreed!
Any of the 3 picking rocks deserved to get the boot!
Was a good TC but wow this season has had some stupid players and stupid moves.

The 4th to vote me out is now voted out so I guess I am happy that none of them won for ending my game.

I am rooting for Kim more than BJ now.

Honestly, I think it might get Tom the win if he argues it correctly. His chances have gone way up in my eyes.

Yes but it was all down to luck. You dont leave your chances in the game down to picking rocks, if you need to vote out an alliance member then you do it because at least you're still around next episode!

Yeah, I tend to agree with you.
Kim might find herself in a shit spot from now on.

I don't agree with either of you lol. Drawing rocks at F6 is actually a risk worth taking. And it makes sense for everyone too if it's a final three. Risky yes, but if the lines are not as blurred anymore then imo it's clever. I commend those three for sticking their necks out.

Especially for Lisa who is so kewt ;_; "

No thx. I can't just flip on someone that always had my back. If I pull the purple rock then so be it. If I go out that way then at least it would be a unique way to go out :)" :fans So real. So fierce. So innocent. Win this for me babe.

In this situation, I would have drawn rocks for sure.

Hell we had nearly this situation in All-Stars, Erinn even gave Cat the immunity necklace to make sure the three of us wouldn't budge. Then Lisi whipped out one of her many idols icon_censored

What a shit way for your game to end though.

I am glad Ibrehem and Bj's alliance wasn't more successful as now it's not easy to predict who will go next and who will make the final 3.

    Carl knows the score. <3

But Rob wanted to avoid rocks as well and in my opinion thats a smarter option. The only reason he went for Christy is because Helen won Immunity and thats what I was banking on. That was a hilarious vote though. <3

And you two above are fucking nuts if you'd honestly go to rocks at Final 6. Yeah its easy to say in the comfort of Lurkers Lounge, but if you would honestly do that then you're crazy.

If its a clear 3 vs 3 then i would go to rocks for sure, im all for furthering my game but you will just get picked off in the next TC if you vote out one of your own allies

Just ask Ryan about going for rocks at F6 :O

And Rob was a dumbass for not going for rocks at F6. He was stupid to believe anything you Heliasses fed him and it was even more stupid of him to vote for me. Seriously what did he expect? I go out at six and then what? He goes at five. We could have changed the game if he went for rocks, and could've had an Asteria F3.

I told Rob all weekend that I'd vote Helen out next as she needed to go for threat reasons. We basically chatted about how it would be awesome if the two of us teamed up right at the end to duke it out at the finale. I dunno the hosts can probably fill you in. I was gambling that Helen would win Immunity and when it came down to us two in the challenge I was able to just do retarded answers and lose so she won. I always had a backup plan that if Helen lost, I'd have a fake PM from Christy to send Rob about how Christy wanted to vote Rob out for threat reasons. But then Helen won and I thought it would be lulzy to do it anyway, so I did and Rob decided to vote you out so we could have another shot at beating Helen in Immunity (even though Jo and I were both shitter at challenges than Christy alol) But that was his logic behind voting for you. I just honestly preferred to keep you around because I was enjoying our PMs.

Sorry to side track. BUT, I would never, ever, ever resort to rocks and I would have totally flipped if we'd gone to rocks that Tribal. You can never truly predict what the next episode will bring, you could win Immunity, somebody on the opposing alliance may want to make a move etc etc. Putting yourself in the position to have your fate essentially decided by luck is the most retarded thing you can do seriously and it would totally not be worth the risk.

My proviso has always been my survival takes priority, then my alliances survival is secondary.

I would go to rocks at f6, if i choose to vote out an ally, i'm telling the other ally how much i can be counted on, and there's also a strong possibility of being picked off on the two next votes.

At f6 i'm thinking about making it to the final not about making it to f5.

At F6 you're two Immunity wins away from the Finale. Im not about to be voted out because of a stupid rock after playing hardball for 20 something days.

Also at F6 I couldnt care less about my alliance, im weighing up who I can beat at the end.

I've seen the best player hands down beaten enough times to be comfortable taking my main ally with me regardless of threat level.

I always try my absolute best to have my allies with me at the end.

Mind you i'm not saying that rocks is a good thing, ideally you would convince someone on the other side to switch so you don't have to go to rocks, but i'm always ready to do it.

I totally agree that it's right to go to rocks in certain situations.

Let's keep running with the Greece F6. There is no way until hell freezes over that any Helios would have a shot at winning if Christy or Joanna were in the F3. If we pretend for a second that Rob isn't a detestable baffoon, and say in this imaginary universe that he'd have locked up a jury vote, as well, (and he didn't 3-2-1 himself) it would make ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE for Helios to not go to rocks. If a single one of us changed our vote, we would lock ourselves in a scenario where even if we made F3 that we'd be guaranteed to lose. I realize that's a lot of IFs, but this is an extreme case, and many not-so-extreme-but-similar cases would also warrant rocks.

I just know that Penny is going to respond with some "But I would show the jury how great I was, avoiding the tie, and how it was ALL my master plan to..." No. Doesn't matter. Christy and Joanna would've slaughtered any of us in an FTC. Always. Endofstory. Barring Rob being retarded and a potential FTC loser: rocks should be required.

I could see myself going to rocks in specific F6 scenarios or in a switchless merge-round tribal deadlock. (Because defecting on their tribe worked out so well for Penner, Fincher, Candice, Cochran... defecting makes yourself expendable immediately.) Most other situations probably offer a more amenable compromise.

You're a bit right and wrong there Helen. :P Let me explain.

You're pretty much spot on with the explanation and its a lot of ifs but a perfectly acceptable scenario. But just because you cant get your ideal F3 doesnt necessarily rule you out at the end. At any rate, you being there wasnt in my plans at all, but I stuck to my guns and fought it out anyway. If I was against Jo, Rob or Christy or a combination I would have done the same thing.

My point is I would rather go to the Final 3 and lose than take the risk of getting booted because of a stupid purple rock. I definitely would have flipped on Brian had we tied because there was a 1/5 chance I could have gone home due entirely to luck and a 2/5 chance that Helios would have lost the majority anyway.

There is always an opportunity to make amends next episode. But you cannot do anything game wise in Ponderosa and so your own survival should be what you're fighting for the most. If you're thinking 2 or 3 episodes down the track, then theres a good chance you may not make it that far. Ive also felt better taking it one episode at a time, just ensure you make it to the next day and then worry about what you have to do to make it through another day.

Scratch those odds. Brian and Rob? Would have been immune along with yourself. So thats me, Christy and Jo that are vulnerable. Thats even worse odds.

Yeah I would have done everything I could to get somebody else to flip and that was what the whole Rob affair was all about too. But if we got to the last 30 odd seconds before deadline and nobody was budging then I would have been ready to hand my vote over for sure.
