Congratulations on surviving! That's how you play an idol

Any thoughts on how the votes panned out? Were you expecting to only be one of two? Are you surprised about anyone in particular not voting with you?

Do you think being in the minority tonight is going to cause you to be targeted tomorrow? If so, how to avoid it?

Tribal Council tonight was amazing! Nobody was expecting it to go down like it did, except for me I think I probably earned the respect of some jurors with that quote-unquote big move. Not to mention I might be seen as the underdog given that I received 5 votes against me.

Ibrehem was the only person not to vote for me, which wasn't too surprising. I knew that Chad, Lisa, and Ami would vote for me, and I had a strong suspicion that Tom had lied to me about voting for Chad. Kim voted for me too. I had told her that if she couldn't get the votes to go my way then I would understand if she went with the majority. It was a bit of a test of her loyalty, which she failed, but I don't hold it against her. Even before the challenge Kim came to me and said she wanted to work with Ibrehem and I, she just didn't see a way for us all to make it through the F7 Tribal Council.

To top it all off I won the immunity challenge I could not be happier. It's not that I was sure I would be the next to go without it, but it sure is nice to not have to worry for one round. Ibrehem and Kim are firmly on my side so I need to think about which of the other three we should target.

I'm also going to try to find the new hidden immunity idol when I find some time. That would be too good to be true as it would guarantee me final 4.

Yet you claim Kim is firmly on your side. Explain the misalignment here if you could. What makes you so sure?

I always gravitated more towards you two but I talked to Tom and Ami and they said there was no way they weren't gonna vote you.

She could be bullshitting me, but I do feel like she would have voted for Chad if the numbers had been there. She is aware that if I had been voted out tonight, she and Ibe would likely be the next two to go. So my idol play essentially flipped the game once again and opened up a number of new options for her.

lolno. I wasn't planning on, but I ended up all night. I left for work this morning as ye were doing the challenge like. So you probably won't even see me now till F4 as I catch up on my sleep.

What's your thoughts on this idol? Is that a tool to be used for you and yours tonight? Or is it a fallback for next round to guarantee personal safety through to F4?

This idol will be saved until the next round to guarantee myself F4. The only way I will play it on somebody else is if I win immunity again tomorrow.

I do actually feel bad for Ibe, but I have to act as I would if I hadn't found the idol already. I'm going to try to help him get through the next couple of votes alongside me. Just not by giving him my idol.
