Rule clarification

Hey hosts,

The rules seem to be archived at Chorotega beach, so could one of you please be so kind as to tell me how ties are broken? I seem to remember reading that there is no re-vote and the person with immunity decides which of the tied people goes home. Is this correct?

- In the event of a pre-merge tie, the immunity bearer (including tribes) will always break the tie breaker with a final vote. There will be NO REVOTE.

If you were to rephrase your question to inquire how post-merge ties are broken, I wouldn't be able to answer that, because you would have to "cut a bitch".
