I just needed to get my foot in the door with ANYONE any way that I could. And assuming the original Chorotegas were going to stick together, I needed to be the least threatening of the four left. And make it seem like I was willing to work with anyone because I was all alone. I didn't really have many choices. Now it looks like I have choices again for the first time in a long time because Tom/BJ realized the potential of picking me up as an ally. If it didn't happen now, like I said I was going to try to convince both "sides" of Chorotega that I could be their fourth so they kept me around. I know this isn't some brilliant reality show strategy, but I've kinda been out of choices here for a while. I don't think this is a strategy that can win you the game. But it certainly may get me a lot farther than what I was looking at before. And I may be able to cook something up. Had I voted with the old Guatusos, there is a good chance that Tom and BJ decided not to "flip back" because there were five of us and if I had voted with them it would be pretty certain we were sticking together. It needed to be clear that I wasn't with anyone. And my vote made no difference whatsoever, and I knew it wouldn't. Had it been the difference between someone staying and going... yea that would have been bad. But it wasn't.

Or maybe I'm a fucking idiot too. LMAO.
