Well, I decided to "drop out" of the challenge. Why? I didn't really care if I won immunity, honestly, I'd rather talk to everyone else. I mean, I made the merge, I'm freaking excited!

I'm glad it's time for the merge. No more hutsy-putsy of voting off people you think are weak in challenges, here is where strategy really comes into play. It's important to have a good strategy at the merge, because everyone has thier own version of a "perfect strategy" that will take them to the end. But, nine/ten of these "perfect strategies" won't work, and nine or ten people won't make it to the end. I just need to make sure that all my bases are covered, and make sure that my strategy will actually be the "perfect strategy."

I dropped out because I wanted information from someone I can talk to on NuNuChorotega. I knew I would be able to talk to 4/6 people over there, and I think they trust and like me. So, I took a risk, and hoped that it was any combination but the combination of Ami/Mia. It was Tom/Mia which is great, because I will finally be able to see where Tom's head is after being on NuChorotega for so long, I hope it's good news.

When Tom told me that he was ready to hook back up with Ibe and I, I literally started jumping around and fist pumping everywhere. I was that excited. I think I almost cried, too. I was that excited.

You've been through a lot, I think it's safe to call you a Survivor. Is the merge a new beginning for Jolanda? Do you think you have a leg up in that you have been to soooo many tribal councils and cmae out the other end against some pretty big odds?

The merge is a continuation of the first two rounds, I'd say. I plan on going right back in the position I was in the first two rounds of this game, which is being the head of a very strong alliance that controls the game, but without the other people knowing there actually is an alliance. As for the Tribal Councils, I think that I do have a leg up. I know what to expect before a difficult vote, I know how to plan thing out time accordingly, so that everyone will get the message about who is going home, and will have time to talk about it with me if they don't agree. This is a disatvantage for people like Ami and Mia because they have only been to one Tribal Council, where they voted off Julie (a vote that I'm sure everyone pre-agreed on before the TC). But, it's the merge, and there are no more easy votes.

(Love the new picture BTW <3)

Are you concerned with being away from that original alliance for 4 boots, over half the game? Do you trust your original tribemates to abandon their new friendships/bonds that they may have made since?

I am actually a little concerned about the allegiances that Tom and Bobby Jon may have made during their time at NuChorotega. For all I know, the four of us NuGuatuso's could be the next four picked off one by one. But, I feel confident that Bobby Jon and Tom will realize that going back to Ibe, Gregg, and I is the smartest move for them to get farther in the game. Also, I don't even know what kinds of friendships or bonds would be formed on a tribe that NEVER had to go to Tribal Council. Tom and Bobby Jon didn't really know who they could trust over there, because there was never a vote to secure or deny the trust they may have had for someone telling them something. On the other hand, Bobby Jon and Tom know they can trust me, because we went through a vote together, and I have not lied to them at all. As for the others? Everything they said could have been a lie, they would never know.

Chris thinks that I'm with him until the end, Tom thinks I'm with him to the end. Which one will I choose? At this point, I'd say Tom. We have been friends since the beginning, and feel the alliance with Tom is much stronger than the alliance with Chris will ever be.

Why does Mia want to "pick me brain about strategy"? I mean obviously, I'm not going to tell her everything. I don't trust her, I've heard things about her. I mean, yeah Im telling her a little bit just do she can be on my side at least until the final 8. but, no way am I telling her everything.

I do realize that people may eventually, if not already, see me as a threat in this game. A lot of people I have talked to have said things like "Omg you are so great at challenges," and the fact that my social skill was ranked so high in that rank your tribemates thing a while back, people may see me as a threat. I don't really care, either. As long as my alliance doesn't screw up and vote me out, I should be fine for whatever curveball this game may throw me. I'm ready, Stranded, bring it on.

Damn gurl, I have nearly no questions :P

So um, well done on merge?!

Give me a breakdown of the overall game dynamic for you right now. Nevermind where your own head is at, how is everyone else planning to get to the end?

I think that Tom, Bobby Jon, Gregg, and Ibe are going to stick with the alliance, and that's how they think thy are going to make the end. But the thing is that there is five of us, and only two or three spots at the end, so when it gets down to the final five, it's gonna get awkward.

As for Caryn and Kim, I'm sure their goal is to latch on to strong players and ride coattails their way to the end. I'm sure about Caryn doing this, not sure about Kim, but it's my best bet.

Mia and Chris probably think they have some sort of alliance with me, so they may think that is their master plan to get to the end.

Ami, Chad, and Lisa all probably have an alliance, but who knows if they actually do. Ami and Chad are probably gonna win a lot, then Lisa will just latch on to them.

Of course, this is all just guesswork. I honestly have no idea hoe everyone else is planning on going to the end. All I know is my plan, and I think I have a damn good plan at it, too.

It looks like everyone is down on the plan to vote off Caryn tonight. It's good to have everyone unified for at least one vote before we all start eating eachothers heads off to get to the end.

Also, as much as I love Tom, Chris does have a point. Tom can EASILY take this game if he makes it down to the Final three. I mean, I'm not gonna vote him out any sooner than the final 5, but it's just something I should watch out for, to make sure Tom does NOT make the FTC. He has had a great strategy all along, and has friends on both sides of the jury.

I'm such a pro at these Tribal Councils, people should really take note.
