    This is seriously gonna be such a clusterfuck of a round. As of right now I'd say the vote breakdown will be;

    -Jolanda x5 (Mia, Chris, Chad, Ami, Lisa)
    -Chris x2 (Ibe, Jolanda)
    -Gregg's intentions are a mystery as ever.
    -Tom / BJ / (+Kim to go where they go most likely) are where it gets real interesting.

    If Tom/BJ sided with the original Chorotegans and attempted to boot Chris - only for Chad to play the idol on him and negate the six votes. Oh wow, that would be such an incredible set-up for the round following. 5-5 at F10 with Tom & BJ just been caught playing both sides.

    For someone who has missed practically everything that has happened since Friday, let me ask: would Tom/BJ be making a mistake by booting Jolanda/Ibe?

    They'd be getting themselves in a Chorotega minority of a prospective F7/F8 once Gregg and the other of Jolanda/Ibe head out of the door. It would seem likely that Mia would stick with Tom/BJ(/Kim?), but Chris is such a slimy fuck. Even if Chris does intend to stick to that NuChorotega F4, he just seems way too much of an opposition-ist to let any plan of anyone else's go through without interfering, which is bound to hurt him eventually.

    hmm, yes and no.

    In the pro column they would prove their commitment to NuChorotega over OrigChorotega, which ought to give them solid numbers through to F9 at least, when it suddenly gets shaky unless they can get the Ami train going again, which is then trickier to play around idols having lost some trust and less numbers.

    Sticking by Chorotega would grant them rock solid & devoutly loyal allies in Ibe & Jo. But much better players and two idols against them and gifting the four remaining Guatusos reason to never re-trust them. That would be fine if not for flippy-floppy Gregg and potentially Kim.

    It's a case of they will be burning someone this round one way or another - their legit best plan was the original split between Ami & Chad. Chris & Ami both were absolutely correct to force this issue now and make them reveal/stop dictating the boot order. This will srsly hurt Tom's pretty damn dominant game. Yet this isn't a death sentence for BJ by any means - he might even benefit from Tom taking a hit.

    In honesty, idk which of those two options is preferable for Tom. His problem is making too many friends & strong bonds. That kinda shit hurts more than you'd remember when you get discarded. You play enough games you forget how bitter you can get.

    Chad (to Mia): Yea. I'm just playing dumb to all them like I have no idea what is going on. Make sure you and Chris are telling the same story though because Chris told me he said to Tom that I wasn't going to play the idol.

    Mia (to Chris): Make sure you tell Tom that Chad will be playing the idol. I think that's one of the only ways Tom will feel comfortable with this.

    Then, Mia goes to Tom to defend Chris that they shouldn't turn on him? Is my skimming causing me to gloss over what her methodology is for this?

    Tom wants to flush the idol if he is to go along with this so as not to get caught in the minority with two idols, Mia & Chris know this. Mia is pushing that Chad is to play it as she should (even though she wants him to keep it).

    What Chris actually said to Tom was that Chad might play the idol on Chris. Chris is playing the uncertainty game because he knows his name has come up so to do this gives Tom uncertainty as to whether it's Chris or Chad, leaving his safest route as voting Jo.

    Now why in the hell Chris told Chad that he told Tom Chad would not play it I don't quite follow.

    PMs are literally on fire right now. And in all the madness this little gem may have gotton lost;

    I haven't heard anything back from you, but PLEASE make sure to vote for Jolanda. We can take control tonight if we get her out!

    That is supposed to be Mia to Lisa, but she sent it to herself and hasn't noticed icon_shifty
