A new twist on an old classic

Okay so I want to do a puzzle challenge, but I want each member to be responsible for something.

I'm thinking a 3x2 puzzle for the leader to complete and post.

Those pieces would each be made up of smaller 4x4 puzzles that each participant must complete before they are posted.

Small change of plans. I'm going to divide 8 o fthem into pairs of 2 and then the leader will be alone.

Each pair will have to solve a 4x4 puzzle. When theyre done, theyll post it in their main challegne discussion area.

There, the leader will have to take all 4 "4x4" puzzles and assemble them into one large 2x2 puzzles made up of all 4 4x4 puzzles.

The first tribe leader to post the completed 2x2 puzzle in the challenge thread correctly wins.

Heads up that Chorotega will be missing at least one member in Jeff, so 8+1 leader is gonna need to be tweaked.

I figured each tribe would have about 5 people.

However, it's up to them who is paired with who for the puzzle part. So they could put 4 inactive people with their 4 main puzzle solvers.

These people are WEAK.

Did you say what the penalty is for clues?

Based on their general abilities as evidenced through this challenge, Chorotega is lucky to have an early switch (unless Guatusu's penalties literally kill them). Guatuso is the new Tandang/Casaya. They're going to be jumping at the bit once they actually see a TC.
