Episode 08

Can't wait to see the two that voted for me. I'm thinking Chad and somebody else. I don't know. I don't really care, either, because my alliance should keep me safe.

Besides the votes for me, everything went according to plan tonight. Caryn was sent home with almost a unanimous vote. That's great. I think I'm gonna try to get Chris out next Tribal, because I can't trust him. He told Caryn she was going home, and that's just not something you do. Also, he may have been the one that voted for me, with Lisa possibly. I think it would be best to keep Chad and Ami on my side for at least one more round, and boot Chris.

So, I didn't win individual immunity tonight. That's all right, I guess. I wasn't really expecting it anyways. As long as Chris or Ami doesn't win it now, I'll be happy. But, if Chris wins, Ami or Chad goes home, if Ami wins, Chad or Chris goes home. No big deal.

What's the plan for this round? Who are your biggest threats to take out?

What do you think your odds are of making the endgame with the current alliance setup in the tribe? Who would you want to see be there with you?

The plan for this round is flipping in my mind every second. Should I take out Chris, a huge threat in challenges, and a pretty sneaky social player, but outing the Chorotega alliance earlier than it should? Or should we split the votes between Chad and Ami, and possibly take out an idol, but Chris will still be here? No matter what, those three are the biggest threats I need to take out sooner than later.

With my alliance, I think it's a GREAT possibility that I will make the endgame with them. I trust Ibe, Bobby Jon, Tom, and Gregg fully, and I really like them. They are all great people, and I hope tried like and trust me as much as I like and trust them. Once it gets down to the final 5, it's gonna really suck to tell two of them, "Ya know, thank you for helping me get here, now I gotta cut you off." I'm really gonna hate that, because I'll feel like such a jerk. For all I know, they could all be planning on taking me out at the final 5. I don't know, but it's still a while away, and I need to think about my decision tonight before I think of that.

Reconcile the difference between these two statements if you would?

What are your thoughts on Jury management now that it has begun? How do you intend to win the game if you get that far and who would you most like to sit beside & why.

The difference is that we were not going to let Caryn know she was the one going home, because she was neither our friend, or ally. The difference is that people I'm taking to the end are both my friends and allys, and it's the right thing to do is tell them.

Jury management is difficult, it was easy just to backstab someone prejury and not have to worry about them coming back to bite you. But now, it's just hard. I'm gonna try to keep everyone on my good side, so that they like me, so that if I make FTC, then I can have at least a majority of the votes.

I have no idea what is going on tonight. Are Tom and Bobby Jon going to flip? It's highly doubtful, but possible. I hope they realize I'm in it to the end with them. Also, I don't think Chad will use the idol on Chris tonight. I know Chad, he would use it at a much better time then to save Chris of all people. I just wish Tom and Bobby Jon would be more responsive. I'm nervous about tonight, and I hope everything works out as planned. But, if not, and I'm the one to go home, so be it, I made the jury and that's all I care about.

I do not know what we should do tonight. Should I vote for Chris or Lisa? Tom is saying Chris, and BJ is saying Lisa, and Ibe, Gregg, and I are in the middle. I don't know what to do, and I better make the best decision, or I'm going home tonight.

I sent my "goodbye" message to the members of Chorotega, just incase an idol goes into play and I'm the one leaving tonight, which is a real possibility. But, the other reason I did it is because I wanted to convince anybody who may flip (doubtful, but still) against us to vote on my side, and to keep me safe, because I am their true friend in this game, not those people from the other side. I really hope I make it out alive tonight, and if I don't, I will be sort of happy with my placement, I made the jury, but 11th is still pretty low, but I wouldn't change a thing about the way I played.

Chad used the idol ON HIMSELF!!!!!! Now I just gotta hope and pray that the Chorotega 6 came through for me. If they all voted Chris then I'll be all set.
