Dolly was way more loyal to me and Brook. If she didn't ask to be voted out anyone besides me her or Brook could have left the round she did. icon_biggrin

    ...She asked? icon_blink

Yeah she said she was bored with the game and didn't care if she was voted out.

I was dying to make her the new Jenn at the shuffle but she just didn't care she was the Dana Lambert of this game abandoning me icon_cry .

How exactly does one get close with Dolly? I never freaking understood that. She was online like 5 minutes a day.

We were both on 1 night talking for like an hour . There is a depth and intellect to her that people just did not get to see.

She was just in a weird timezone or something

Did she live in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean?

Sorry. I never got Dolly at all. And she came across as a total airhead.

Haha the common denominator in the fuckfust that was Original Guatuso was totally John. My first alliance was made with Ami, then Chad, and then I wanted to pull Chris in after. John showed up a day later, told me about the idol thing, and then wanted to make a solid deal with me, which I stupidly bought. I didn't have deals with ANYBODY but John, Ami, Chad, and Chris. I was playing a pretty clean and honest game for those first few boots.

But yeah, I think the best of the Guatuso members are all sitting here on the jury, and John is stuck in the Loser's Lodge where he belongs.

Hi John! Glad you aren't here!

I think she lived in Europe or Africa. Dolly was actually a really smart cookie I think she was even close to getting a Science Docterate.

Dolly was a sweetheart, and no she wasn't active all day long....but if you initiated a conversation with her, then you get points in her book. She returned every message I ever sent her, so I think I was most sad to see how she fared without me on NuGuatuso. I knew John/Chad/Brook would have been okay, but I thought she would have been screwed with them there.

So there really was no "girls alliance"???? I swore there was, but in hindsight it was most likely Brook telling Dolly everything, including the fact that we wanted to vote her out next if we lost again. And that I was taking the clues.

Who told you there was a girls alliance icon_laughing When I came into this game, that was on my agenda...how could Ami NOT want a girls alliance? Then I realized that Julie/Lisa/Dolly were the least active members early on, and Mia was irrationally hated. So no, there was so NOT a girls alliance ever.

Gender alliances are pointless in these games anyways, since we're all probably not the same gender as our character.

We actually were trying to work with her. But the problem was she was barely there, wouldn't show up for challenges, and if she did show up she would not help at all and just say how she was so confused the whole time. Then she asked to be voted off. But personally I wanted to boot her anyway because we couldn't keep losing or we all would have been gone. That's when Brook had his meltdown over John saying we had to boot Dolly.

Wow, it sounds like Brook was way too much icon_laughing I couldn't pick up the pieces from someone that seemed to have fallen apart so often.

No one told me there was. I just SWORE it existed. icon_razz Especially Dolly randomly knowing everything we talked about in the John, Brook, Ami, Chad thread and PMing us to ask us about it. I really thought that you, Mia, Dolly and Lisa formed a girl's alliance. CONVINCED. Then I realized later it was probably Brook telling her everything, not you.

Definitely Brook. Dolly and I were in an alliance with Brook and Chris (The Alphabits), but I never told her anything about what we all talked about. If she knew about my alliance with you boys, she never heard it from me.

Haha wow. This is so entertaining.

Chad, I still stand by the fact that I knew more than 50% of what was going on post-merge, but for those first few days on Guatuso, apparently I knew less than 25% of what was going on.

Ami, you definitely have to hold the record for being part of the best-named alliances. Alphabits? Anagram Alliance? The Fourskins? Sheesh.

She named our John, Brook, Chad, Ami alliance too but I can't remember what it was called. Something dirty.
